Welcoming a new baby is a beautiful time—but it can also feel overwhelming. Our Postpartum & Infant Care Serviceis here to support you and your family during those early days and weeks after birth.

Whether you're adjusting to life with a newborn, recovering from birth, or just need an extra set of hands, we’re here to help.

Prenatal Support

• Up to 3 visits during your pregnancy (depending on when we start working together). At these visits, we’ll:

  • Get to know each other and build a strong connection

  • Talk about your pregnancy, birth wishes, and any hopes, fears, or questions you have

  • Create a birth plan that reflects your values and preferences

  • Go over what to expect during labor and birth

  • Practice comfort techniques and discuss pain relief options

  • Make sure your partner feels prepared and confident

Ongoing Support

• Unlimited phone, text, or email support

• 24/7 on-call availability for the two weeks before and after your due date

Labor & Birth Support

When labor begins, I’ll join you at a time and place we agree on and stay with you throughout your labor and birth. I will:

• Provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support

• Help communicate your wishes with your medical team

• Support your birth plan as much as possible

• Stay up to 2 hours after your baby is born to help with:

  • Breastfeeding (if you choose)

  • Taking photos or videos (if you wish)

  • Making sure you and your family have a calm and joyful start

A back-up doula may step in if labor is very long.

Postpartum Support

I’ll visit you at home 3 days after birth, and we’ll schedule any other visits you need. These visits are a chance to:

• Talk about your birth experience

• Support breastfeeding, rest, or light meal prep

• Help you adjust to life with your new baby

    We’ll check in on how you're doing, talk about your birth experience, and offer support with feeding, newborn care, and adjusting to life with baby
